Personality:
He is terribly laid-back and the absolute lord of debauchery, he loves life, he loves messing with life, he just lets his instincts do whatever and take control of him. He can be your best friend or worst enemy, a bit of a con but only to be playful. He can lie and cheat and kiss and tell, utterly sensual and never lies, or rarely does. Anything he does is to himself though he isn't selfish, loves company, loves to fool around, loves to engage into chaos, loves food, loves intoxication, loves indulgences. He is vain and loves his looks as he is almost perfect (and likes to make other people beautiful too) and can be so flirtatious with about anyone. He has an open-mind about anything and everything and can also be deeply philosophical and then mumble on about the most random crap ever.

History:
Qui was born and raised in Kowloon Hong Kong to a rather strict family in the ways of kung-fu, of course Qui was not as much into such a sport as his family was and was much more into reading about philosophy and the such but poor little thing use to get beaten and started to act a bit rebellious in his actions that sometimes went a bit to far. He joined a gang, did some street fighting and disgraced the family name (oh shit) but Qui didn't care and ran away from home at the age 14 only to be dragged back once again, beaten and then whatever. So Qui gave up on the whole gang thing though they thought that he now disgraced the gang and one day when Qui was out doing shit he came back home to find his parents dead and then he swore revenge like any guy would do.
So he practically beat the shit out of said gang, or more so it was vice-versa and he was a blooded heap where he was found by some guy who took him to a orphanage where he stayed until he was 18 and then some other old dude with a funny name (who is called Roger anyway?) picked him up and took him to Whammy's house but still practices his awesome swordplay but says fuck you to gangs.
